• Overall very good vintage condition. This elegant Bvlgari Serpenti shoulder bag is crafted from soft red leather and features the iconic Serpenti snakehead detail on the flap.
• Leather: soft and supple, with very minor, almost invisible scratches. There is one tiny dark spot at the top edge.
• Hardware: gold-tone shoulder chain in excellent condition.
• Interior: shows some small faint spots from gentle use, but clean and odor-free.

If you do wish to return an item, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders within the Netherlands and the EU, and within 14 days for international orders outside Europe. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the item arrives safely back to us.
