How long does delivery take?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours of purchase. All orders are shipped securely via PostNL, and within the Netherlands and Europe we send parcels registered and fully insured, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
Every item is carefully packaged to guarantee it arrives in excellent condition.
For customers in the United States, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — this means all customs duties and import taxes are covered by us, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
For orders to the rest of the world, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

How do I return my order?
We want you to love your purchase. However, as we specialize in vintage and pre-owned designer pieces, we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. Returns not only impact our small team, but also the environment through additional transport and packaging materials.
Please make sure to review all photos and product descriptions thoroughly, and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions before completing your order. We’re always happy to provide extra details or photos to help you make an informed decision.
If you do wish to return an item, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders within the Netherlands and the EU, and within 14 days for international orders outside Europe. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the item arrives safely back to us.
